Health/fitness/weight loss...
So the 8hr window of eating... huge for your health! Super to lower insulin resistance! Anti cancer... moves you away from sugar, add a workout and get great protection from brain/mental issues, etc.
It's 10am, last food was 7:30pm yesterday... now going to run some hills... see how this works? Hungry... no. However, the company I represent is Pro Image, a nutritional company from Austin, TX... they have a product called Burn which fights appetite big time! Plus it burns another few hundred cals/day! Our family takes their mega full spectrum nutritional product which I did a blog about once here:
https://kirch4.wordpress.com/2013/02/03/why-we-believe-in-supplements-big-time/
Ask Judy Jones how Burn works for her!
Ok, gotta run... back from 7mi hill run, ran errands so eating after about 18.5hrs except for a post run protein shake (Pro Image Fuel) add water only. Work is swing tonight so last meal is done at 8pm and in bed around 1am so 4-5hrs between last meal/food and sleep, it's easy and works!

Ok, so the main trick to weight loss according to studies is no eating about 4hrs before bed. The circadian rhythm turns food into fat big time! Next is super healthy... and is no eating till well after you awake, preferably after a morning workout, then have your protein shake.
For those who wimp out and can't do the 4hrs before bed thingy... good luck on the weight loss! I will tell you it took me 7 days straight to get much better at that part!
Once you awaken... you WILL feel real good about your previous nights incredible discipline! You'll want to look and see how much weight you already lost and those abs... under there somewhere!
The morning is easier. Then working out in this somewhat fasted state means fat will be exhaling away from you! (most of fat loss is thru the lungs, a small % thru sweat, urine).
So that leaves you a daily 8hr eating window. It sounds hard but you get used to it... took about a week for me. Why do we wanna eat all the time?? It's NOT good for you!
So after 16hrs today from yesterday, I finally ate... I'm not eating super and it's about 2/3 paleo. My cals are about 2k/day but I workout around 6 days/wk (will talk about Peak 8's) so my fat IS going down, not super fast, but going towards my natural weight daily. At this rate will have my sixer in another 2-3 weeks, however, I want it a bit faster so I'm going to cut food intake some and stop eating a bit earlier... avg about 17-18hrs/day. Note: a starved state is after around 24hrs so you won't store fat after 16-18hrs of no food.
My friend Judy Jones is also going to start her blog at: keepingupwithjudyjones.blogspot
Ok, no workout today except a hard bike ride with my dog (3yr old Husky named Parker-very fast).
See yall tomorrow!

Intro and thoughts
Hello and welcome to MassiveRepGuy's blog! There are several goals to attain on this journey.
The journey is about creating muscle memory at several skills using massive repetitions over a relatively compressed period of time and going from hack to very decent in these areas against opponents who would now easily beat me.
Besides completing footage for my 1st video, I want to make sure I'm representing by being in shape, so I now go for the coveted "six pack" stomach. While not far off, I have a couple inches to remove and probably get under 10% body fat.
To do this involves working out for sure, but employing a few techniques that are extremely healthy for everyone and get a person to their natural BMI asap.
Will go over these tomorrow... Thurs 1-29-15
