17hr daily fast. Less carbs/portions.
No w/o or reps today, tired from yesterday and overheated/low hydration. So will feel good to take a day off. Usually do 1-2x/wk.

Ongoing Massive Rep project is 80% of tennis done. Instructions from Mike Taylor, 20yr tennis coach, arm up higher on serve/arm tuck on follow thru, backhand/forehand arm higher then to back lower w/racquet facing more down/prep well before ball approaches/more of an upward stroke/added topspin increases ball landing in play/higher toss during practice.
Plan is reps/run tomorrow.

16.5hr daily fast. W/o today, treadmill gym, 1/2mi warmup to 10.5mph, 5 mi repeats, 9.2/3/4/5/6mph felt strong except legs could have used one more day of rest, good stretch after.
Done eating at 7:30pm, eating too large portions, too many carbs. Noticed on video I have an inch or two around my waist and back that is unappealing so time for a two week low carb/low portion eating during a 6-7hr/day eating window, that will do it.
Plan is reps tomorrow, maybe a 6-8mi run Fri. 10k race up here in about 6 weeks.

17hr daily fast, ate at 7pm last night, in bed at 11:30pm, up at 8:30am (9hrs sleep-a little catch up!) workout from 10am to 11:30am, eat at noon. Only water in between.
Reps today 100 x 3 = 78% of goal! Strokes good learned more about foot position and eye on ball into center racquet follow through to open stance.

18hr daily fast. Got up late so decided to treadmill intervals x 5... 9.0/.1/.2/.3/.4mph...
6:50/45/41/37/33.
Too tired to do a 6th repeat, legs still recovering, took a JourneyHealthUSA Weight Loss caplet before helped me do 5 when I felt like one repeat was enough lol!
I agree that running the treadmill is probably slower than on the road, however it is getting me accustomed to running at a good pace for longer times.
Plan is to run a 10k in Oct up here, break 40min, never been under 35min, so not some big time runner but not too slow.

17hr daily fast. Workout today was crossfit since lower legs are strangely still a little tight from the hill run in the heat a couple days ago. So did 4 sets of 4 different exercises x 10ea/and again 4 x 4 x 10 of another different set of exercises, just to get used to crossfit again since it's been several months.
Tomorrow plan is a run or repeats, maybe 1/2mi repeats on the track x 10?

No reps or w/o today just some tennis rally time w/Ty. Foot position is most important when you have a basic stroke, but we were tired so the timing wasn't good. Not sure of the w/o for tomorrow, not quite ready for repeats so maybe crossfit and easy run. More expended from an overheated run than running up/down Mt Tallac! Had a 17.5hr daily fast tho. Done eating tonight at 6:45pm so eating window was under 7hrs today. This is not that hard and the health benefits are mega huge in every area of your life! 8-7-15 6mi run on Fallen Leaf Rd medium pace. 16hr daily fast, also took a JourneyHealthUSA Weight Loss caplet before was very strong, this stuff works no doubt.
Reps 8-8-15, 100 x 3 = 77%, good strokes. 16hr daily fast.
Workout today 8-9-15 was a run up Gates Canyon, Vacaville, Ca around 7mi, did ok, but then got overheated and had to jog it in, was 98 degrees around noon and not used to that but all good. Workout was 6 x 1 mile repeats on the treadmill 9.0/.1/.2/.3/.4/.5 at 6:49/44/41/36/33/29. Ok that was a workout! But np with a few min break in between. Remember, we're at 6300ft. Like to try a few at sea level around 10.0-5.
Done eating at 7:20pm so will eat next tomorrow at around noon, np.

Reps today 100 x 3 = 75% of goal! Strokes were good! Feels like finally, after 7,400 strokes of each/forehand/backhand/serve that I'm getting a lot more consistent with much firmer strokes.
