Reps today 100 x 3 = 86% of goal, forehand strong with left arm extension, topspin, prep, full follow thru to ready forward stance. Backhand prep, strong, serve getting better, good. Work on wordpress site for MRG.

16hr daily fast. 6:30pm done eating... so my eating window today was 6.5hrs, see how that works?
Light upper body w/o pull up/bar dips 3, 2, 1 x 3 x 2 of each. Didn't feel like running so will tomorrow.

17.5hr daily fast. Done eating tonight at 8pm... a little late but cool.
W/o is reps only, tennis strokes 100 x 3 = 85% of goal.  Strokes getting back to normal with new prep concept and topspin.

Reps today 100 x 3 = 84% of goal, strokes back a bit but going forward again making a slight adjustment in prep time and more top spin for better arc increasing % of getting in play over flatter hit.

17hr daily fast, done eating at 7pm.
Gym today, mile repeats warm up 7min mi/6:30min mi x 4, lunges, short sprints x 4/3-4sec top speed.
Tennis with Mike Taylor instructor and Chris Holmes Edgewood golf pro, worked on prep, an area that requires work. Lighten up on the power, get the topspin arc.

Reps today 100 x forehand only then rally with someone.
No other w/o. Ready to run and rally with Chris Holmes tomorrow at 4pm.

Reps today 100 x 3 = 83% of goal. Backhand and forehand are a bit behind and require perfecting a lot more, overall strokes are way better than at 5k reps each, currently at 8,300 reps of each stroke.
Unsure of plan for Sunday.

No w/o or reps today, a bit tired, listening to my body. 17.5hr daily fast. Plan is 6mi run and reps tomorrow.

16.5hr daily fast. Eating less and better.
Gym today, 1/4mi repeats on the treadmill, 1/2mi warmup to 10.6mph, 6mi repeats 1/4mi on/off, 6.0/10.1mph or 12 repeats, 6mi 46min. Right hamstring tight, legs will require a day off. Plan of reps tomorrow.

16hr daily fast, ate up till 8:30pm last night/couple scoops of BR ice cream, bed at 11pm so not correct but it happens lol. Ate again at 12:30pm today and am back on track, see how easy?
Reps today 100 x 3 = 82% of goal for tennis. Forehand now better than backhand as I make a slight adjustment in all strokes per Mike Taylor, serve is now better than before. So here I am at over 80% of goal still fine tuning, could actually go another 10k reps of each stroke but the goal for the Massive Reps is 10k of each stroke. May have a weekly opportunity to practice tennis with local golf pro Chris Holmes, that would be things lining up... golf... I'll keep going and believing, trusting.
